The PC-based system provides you with centralized Time & Attendance software to download or poll the punches from the badge swipe or pin terminals where employees clock in and out of daily. The advantage of this system is the ability to edit punches at the PC and prepare a payroll data file for accounting packages including ADP, Quickbooks, Paychex and more! If you currently use custom payroll software, excel exports are available in many of our systems allowing import of data to virtually any application.
Standalone automatic time clock systems are not dependent on a PC. Simply connect a printer directly to the terminal for report generation. Punch editing will be performed at the clock. We carry industry recognized models from Icon Time, Acroprint, Pyramid Technologies, Lathem, and more!
