PAC Strapping SM2000 - Automatic Arch Machines

Engineered and developed in Europe, the SM2000 provides you with improved package handling for all your strapping needs. The compact design, latest technological innovations, and several unique features eliminate down-time and reduce maintenance isues. The SM2000 offers fast and reliable strapping for general purpose strapping applications.

*Three Modes of activation: table mounted button, foot switch (for hands free operation) and photo eye sensor.
* Auto Strap Ejector- Loop-eject clears unwanted strap automatically, if the machine is cycled without a package.
* High Speed- Up to 50 strap per minute for arch size 21.6"(W) x 15.7"(H).
* Accepts Cost Effective 5mm & 6mm Strap- The SM2000 can utilize economical 5mm and 6mm strapping, reducing your total package costs.
* Adjustable Table height- The table height is adjustable to any height between 34" and 40".
* Variable Tension- Variable tension is controlled electronically providing consistent, reliable tension, Tension is easily adjusted by a tension dial located on the front panel.
* Auto Strap Loading- To load the strap, simply insert the end into the feeding roller, close the door and press start. The SM2000 loads the strap automatically.
* 24V DC Motors & Heater- All five DC motors and heater are "stepped down" to 24V to increase the safety of the machine.
* Portable design- Four heavy-duty swivel casters(two locking), durable machine construction and compact design allows for easy mobility, quiet operation and minimizes maintenance needs.
* One-Piece Strap Chute- Utilizing a highly reliable one-piece strap chute from a special low wear, low friction material, the strap chute automatically opens in the case of a malfunction. The one-piece strap chute guarantees that straps are applied parallel, and that dusting is minimized.
* Sensor Controlled heater(24V DC)- The heat sealing mechanism is sensor controlled, assuring you of consistent, and high efficiency seals.
