The DPC 100 Table Top Clamshell Sealer is a fast, easy to use, inexpensive alternative to ultrasonic or radio frequency sealing.

Features:

The DPC 100 Clam Shell Sealer has support rails that fully adjust for a variety of packaging widths.
Tabletop version allows users to easily move sealer to any location.
Offset tension springs keep clamshell raised above heating tips until the upper lid is lowered.
Hinge mechanism specially designed so that all heating points are contracted at on time creating a solid, consistent seal.
Can be used to weld OPS, PSP, PVC, EPS cases and is ideal for clam shells.
