Purchase Orders

MachineRunner welcomes all educational and government customers to send their purchase orders in. We provide a easy to fill out purchase order form, but if you would like to use your own, we just ask that it include the following information:

• Shipping Address (Can not be a P.O. Box)
• Billing Address
• Contact Name
• Contact Phone Number
• Contact Email Address
• List of items with model #, price, quantity, and options clearly written out
• Shipping (please call 1-800-240-6166 for quote)
• Totals (for each item, and complete order)

All educational purchases are tax free, but if you are located in the state of Utah, we ask that you also provide your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. Our Federal Tax ID is 26-0281053.
