Dry Mount Press is a laminator ideally for laminating or mounting thick paper, wood, thick documents, fabric, photographs and miniature artworks.
Dry mount presses apply tissue glue to the object to be laminated at predetermined heat and pressure settings and for a predetermined time. Once the tissue is inserted between the object and support, it is placed in the press. The press applies pressure for a specific time period where the heated glue is forced between the object and the lamination film to bind them together.
