The PL310 collator is a 10-bin friction-feed collator that can work inline with any Plockmatic bookletmaking system; it can also be used as a stand-alone unit. Can add second tower (PL310B) for a 20-bin system.
Each bin can hold up to 200 sheets of 20# bond in sizes up to 11-3/4" x 17" and as small as 5-1/2" x 8-1/4".
The Plockmatic 310 includes user friendly control panel for ease of operation. Starting from the top: choose just collating or stapling/bookletmaking. If collating was selected, choose offset or straight stacking. Set counter mode then make a test run. The misfeed & double feed detectors are automatically set and ready for production.
It can be combine with PL61 or PL82 to create a truly automated bookletmaking system
