The MBM FC 10 Automatic 10-Bin Friction Collator features a touch-button control panel with a 4 digit LED counter.
Each bin can hold up to 275 sheets of 20 lb paper up to 12-7/8" x 18-1/2".
Accepts paper weights from 20 to 100 lbs.
Collates at speeds of up to 3600 sets per hour.
Each unit is equipped with 10 bins.
3 preset programming modes that include batch, insertion and continuous.
Stacking table easily adjusts for straight or criss-cross stacking.
Feed guide is self-centering and eliminates the need for repositioning of on-line bookletmakers.
Each bin is equipped with adjustable feed and separator pressures.
Bin empty sensor lets users know it's time to refill.
Feed trays are extra large and detachable.
Optional base with casters, twin tower transport unit, high capacity stacker and corner stapler.
