Robot 2002 PFS is a self-propelled robot that is capable of wrapping loads of any size and weight with stretch film in less than a minute. It is battery powered at 24 Volts with built-in battery charger. It has a working capacity of over 200 pallets, with spool carriage powered pre-stretch rollers, and its pre-stretch ratio is adjustable from 0% - 250% with control panel. The force of film deposit onto loads is also electronically controlled and adjustable with control panel.
Its full wrapping cycle of upward and downward wrapping, individual cycle with only upward or downward wrapping, top sheet cycle, rienforcing wrap cycle, operating cycle with preset height from ground level, photocell exclusion cycle, as well as memory for 4 wrapping cycle by adaquately combining the different parameters are slectable from control panel.
The control panel can adjust bottom/top wraps for the pallet, rotating speed, spool carriage upward speed, spool carriage downward speed, photocell sensing delay, height of rienforcing rounds from ground level, as well as height from ground level of operating cycle start. It also features synoptic display for fault warning, film breakage and spool end warning, keyboard blockage, data input, as well as buttons on the control panel.
