Cold Laminators which use Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Roll Film provide a fast and affordable way to perform lamination, mounting, and tape application. With adjustable pressure rollers, bubbles, wrinkling, or creasing will no longer be of a concern to you. Engineered to provide smooth operation with automatic take up reels, hands free motor operation, and sturdy design. With up to 1" mounting thickness, a thermal equivalent can cost thousands more.
Adhesive Systems are an inexpensive and simple way to mount prints using a pressure sensitive adhesive which is applied to the back of your material. The adhesive allows for easy reposistioning, then providing a permanent bond. A mounting system such as the Daige Maxit would eliminate spray mess, and adhesive bar supply significantly less expensive than cartridges and rolls.
Thermal Roll Laminators the most popular version of roll laminators, have inbuilt advanced process control features such as temperature control adjustment, reverse roll, variable speed, pressure adjustment, slitters, and cooling fans. Hence these machines are capable of handling larger object sizes and still have higher production rates. Ideal for laminating posters, maps, diagrams and more.
Our High Speed Laminating Systems provide you with top of the line equipment for the high production environments, with blazing speeds up to 65 Feet per minute! These modular systems can compliment the high speed laminator with optional in-line sheet feeders, in-line trimmers, and in-line cutters from world recognized leader in laminating, Ledco!

Roll laminators are used to laminate wide format documents up to 60 inches wide and up to one inch thick. Roll laminators come in various capacities - from single event use to moderate school and office applications to commercial grade units for high-production environments.
The output quality of roll laminators is also up to the mark. Larger roll laminators allow various lamination processes like over-lamination, hot lamination, cold film mounting and substrate mounting.
Roll laminators accept an object from the feed tray. Before the object meets the film at the nip, a heat shoe or a heated roller activates the adhesive in the film. This film is then pressed into the document with by two sets of rollers.
