Thanks to its special base plate provided with loading cells, this model of Rotoplat 506 PFS can determines the gross weight while it wraps the load with stretch film. The weight is expressed in kg and can be visualized on the digital display with a precision of +/- 0.5 kg for loads up to 5000 lbs. It features touch sensitive punch control panel with programmable microprocessor which adjusts rotation speed, Bottom/Top wrap selector (0-10), pre-stretch ratio (0%-250%), sensing delay for photocell, as well as Up/Down standard wrap cycle or Up only. It also features spool carriage with powered frictioned stretch system. Its force to the load is controlled by patented electronic device, and its rotation speed adjustable from panel board with acceleration and deceleration controlled by inverter.
