Best-Rite

In 1991 Balt purchased Best-Rite Chalkboard, which had originated during the 1950 as a division of American Desk in Temple, Texas. In 1971, investors Frank Butler and Lloyd Niles acquired and incorporated Best-Rite Chalkboard, and from a 53,000 square foot facility, sold and shipped chalkboards and marker boards primarily to Texas and the surrounding geographic areas.
