Yes, we do accept International orders!
We have created an easy to use International ordering system to better serve
you, our valued customer. To place an order that will ship outside of the U.S.A.,
please follow these easy steps:
- Continue to browse our online catalog and add as many products
to your shopping cart as you wish.
- When presented with the checkout page which list the items in your shopping
cart, simply click the International Order Logo and you will
be presented with our International Order Form. Do not click the red button
labeled proceed to checkout. If you would like to modify the items in your
shopping cart, you may continue to browse our catalog and re-click our International
Order Logo for the International Order Form.
- Simply complete the information requested in the International Order
Form and click Submit. The order will be sent directly to our Sales
Professionals who will contact you within 24 hours. Our Sales Professionals
will have any applicable freight charges and order processing information
prepared for you.
International Payment Methods:
International Credit Cards are accepted (VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER,
MASTERCARD). For your protection we require clear copies of the following information
for credit card orders:
- Credit Card front and back
- Government Issued Identification
- Credit Card statement reflecting the billing address matching the ship to
address
- Once you receive our complete quote with freight charges, you are required
to sign and fax back to 1(212)564-9950, authorizing MachineRunner to charge
the total amount on your credit card
We also accept cheque, money order, and electronics funds transfer.
There is a $20 fee if you are to utilize electronics funds transfer. Our Sales
Professional will contact you with mailing/bank account information if you choose
to fund your order via cheque, money order, or electronics funds transfer.
